We are currently looking for:

TECHNICAL ADVISER
(Czech, Poland and Slovakia)

Responsibility:
· Sales support including technical consultancy, conducting trainings for customers of the spare parts markets:  repair shops, installation companies etc.
· Sales support of mentioned actions (trade fairs, events for customers)
· ‘’Hot-Line’’ in solving technical problems and participation in the process of complaint handling
· Product development support related to implementation of new technical solutions for customers
· Customer service provided to a high quality, as well creating a company image

Requirements:
· higher technical education
· having an experience in conducting technical trainings
· communication, mediation and negotiation skills
· an ability to prioritization and solving ongoing problems
· fluency in Polish, English and Czech
· knowledge of MS office
· driving license (category B)
